The President of Delta Technological University participates in the activities of the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research in the New Administrative Capital.
Under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi , Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Hisham Abdel Khaleq, President of Delta Technological University, participate in the activities of the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research in the New Administrative Capital entitled “Vision of the Future”, from 8 to 10 December 2021, with the participation of a number of countries in the Arab and Islamic world, as well as a number of prestigious international universities and international entities and organizations, in conjunction with Egypt’s hosting of the fourteenth session of the General Conference of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “ISECO”.
Under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi , Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Hisham Abdel Khaleq, President of Delta Technological University, participate in the activities of the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research in the New Administrative Capital entitled “Vision of the Future”, from 8 to 10 December 2021, with the participation of a number of countries in the Arab and Islamic world, as well as a number of prestigious international universities and international entities and organizations, in conjunction with Egypt’s hosting of the fourteenth session of the General Conference of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “ISECO”.
The forum addresses a number of important themes, the most important of which are: the future of work, preparing and qualifying students, and young researchers for future jobs, the needs of the local and international labor markets in light of the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, and the rapid changes in employment skills and demands of the labor market.
The forum also includes a series of events and activities in the form of social events, seminars, workshops, panel discussions and scientific lectures by experts from academics, professionals, representatives of international organizations, businessmen and youth. Additionally, there is an exhibition that includes many pavilions for participants from various public, private and international universities, technological companies specializing in education and scientific research, international organizations, and funding agencies.
It is worth noting that Delta Technological University is one of the three technological universities that was opened in 2019. It serves the modern professional disciplines that emerged with the industrial revolution and emerging technology, and prepares distinguished technological cadres that meet the needs and requirements of the labor market through distinguished technological education that combines theoretical and applied qualification and field training to support Egypt’s strategy to achieve sustainable development.
