Under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Dr. Arabi El-Sayed Kishk, President of Delta University of Technology, the Autotronics Technology Program headed by Dr. Essam Morsy is organizing a workshop on “The Future of Electric Cars in Egypt”, on Tuesday, February 28, at the university’s main headquarters in Quesna. With the participation of experts and specialists.
This comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to implement the state’s mechanisms by keeping pace with the global technological development in the production of electric cars and working to localize its industry in Egypt.
The workshop activities include several topics aimed at implementing the state’s plan to deepen and strengthen the national industry, and localize advanced technology, including: the electric car between replacement and renewal in Egypt, the experience of providing transportation services by electric cars at the Climate Conference in Sharm El-Sheikh COP 27, in addition to renewable energy and a safer future. and electric vehicle technology.
For his part, Dr. Arabi Kishk, President of the University, affirmed the university’s keenness to implement Egypt’s Vision 2030 and its strategic plans to achieve sustainable development.
Dr. Kishk added the university’s keenness to support the role of the state to play its leading role in addressing the problems of the environment and climate change, and holding such events establishes the university’s responsibility towards reshaping human resources skills in light of the industrial revolution, and the fourth generation of education by adopting the axis of innovation and creativity and linking scientific research industry and support researchers and innovators.
