A workshop towards the implementation of KPI strategic plan indicators at Delta University of Technology
The Delta University of Technology, headed by Dr. Arabi El-Sayed Kishk, organized a workshop towards the implementation of KPI strategic plan indicators for the administrative body, which was lectured by Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Fattah, the supervisor of strategic planning at the university.
The workshop aims to identify appropriate performance indicators for evaluating and following up the performance of the strategic plan, and linking it to strategic objectives and improvement processes, in addition to the effective use of performance indicators.
The activities of the workshop dealt with strategic planning and its importance in achieving goals, performance indicators, their importance and types, in addition to evaluating performance based on the strategic goals of the institution.
This comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to increase its employees’ awareness of the importance of strategic planning, and to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of all its employees, so that they can exercise their roles efficiently and professionally, especially with the university’s keenness to achieve integration and comprehensiveness between all fields related to the educational, research and training process, and areas of community service. .
Dr. Arabi Kishk emphasized the university’s keenness to reach the highest international standards of quality and efficiency, and to enhance competitiveness and strategic excellence at various local, regional and international levels. and sustainable.
The university president added that the strategic plan includes enhancing the elements of excellence within the university, raising competition rates, and supporting international relations. He also stressed the need to establish a quality system and academic accreditation for programs and qualify them to apply for accreditation, in addition to establishing the information infrastructure for digital transformation of all university services.
