Prof. Hisham Abdel Khaleq, President of Delta Technology University, and Prof. Ahmed Bayoumi, President of Sadat University, signed a joint cooperation protocol, within the framework of the university’s keenness to expand the base of cooperation and exchange experiences with various academic, research and industrial institutions.
The cooperation includes the exchange of experiences, especially in the field of education, scientific research and technological training, coordination and cooperation in all research stages, as well as holding conferences, workshops, and joint student activities, in addition to scientific participation in describing courses and exploiting the possibilities available on both sides.
The meeting included an introductory presentation about Delta Technology University, existing programs, their importance to the labor market, and their interest in scientific publishing, as well as opening creative and innovative paths for students, raising their intellectual level, and establishing a scientific and technological club.
On the sidelines of the signing of the protocol, there was an inspection tour inside the college laboratories, and Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi praised the equipment of the existing laboratories that keep pace with international universities, and stressed the importance of technological universities in developing the linguistic and creative thought of students and qualifying them for the labor market.
Dr. Hisham Abdel-Khaleq stressed the university’s endeavor to achieve the highest standards of quality, efficiency and excellence in technological education and to graduate competent specialists in technology sciences capable of innovation and creativity to keep pace with the developments of the times and achieve the requirements of sustainable development.
The signing of the protocol was attended by Prof. Arabi Kishk, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mahmoud Salem, Dean of the College of Industry and Energy Technology, Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Abdel-Azim Ismail, General Coordinator of Training.
